Product Details The vertical WHIMS with a pulsator has been a widely used, critical piece of equipment in the final cleaning stage of lithium. The WHIMS itself uses a combination of a highly magnetic field, pulsation of the slurry and gravity. The pulsator allows for the materials to be removed in a single pass through the WHIMS by moving the material through the magnetic field, multiple times per stage.

LONGi's WHIMS is a very efficient machine that removes ferrous, very effectively, from lithium in it's final stage of cleaning by using a combination of a highly magnetic field, pulsation of the slurry and gravity. It has a vertical ring style and a specialized matrix design and materials that creates a strong and stable magnetic field to realize the best results without easily jamming. - Easy to use without jamming. - A variable frequency drive modifies the speed of the ring and pulsator's speed - It can operate with materials whose magnetization factor is more than 50x10-8 m3/kg. - The feed range of the material can be from - 5 microns to 6 mm. - The largest units can process up to 800tph. - Not only does it give a better grade of concentrate, but, it also gives a better recovery. - By changing the magnetic field intensity of the unit it is very versatile and can be used to beneficiate a wide variety of both ferrous and nonferrous materials based on their specific assets. - Uses very little electricity and water - Efficiently sized
